The reliable supply of our global customers with innovative wear parts from sustainable production is our ambition and also the focus of our this year’s appearance at IFAT.
From 13 to 17 May the our team advises you in Munich at IFAT (hall B4, stand 429) regarding the optimal use of wear parts in shredder technology.
We at SWB opt for a sustainably CO2 reduced production, operate a DIN EN ISO 50001 : 2018 certified energy management system and have always offered our customers the chance to return worn impact tools and linings against attractive remuneration. With our products made out of steel scrap we are essentially involved in the steel recycling process of our customers. Together with our customers we therefore operate sustainable environmental protection and save resources, since with the recycling of 1 t steel scrap – against the use of primary raw materials – at least 1.67 t CO2 are prevented.
We at SWB are permanently researching pioneering solutions against wear and thus offer our customers innovative wear parts that are optimised for their respective areas of application. A complete surveillance of the entire production process and extensive quality controls guarantee the consistently high quality of the SWB products. Among the newest developments are shredder hammers with a structured inner circumferential surface of the bearing opening, shredder hammers with an enhanced bearing opening and a rotor protection cap that is re-enforced on one side. Our team looks forward to outlining the advantages of these internationally patented striking tools at IFAT 2024 and to provide you with information about the full SWB programme of wear parts and components for the entire shredding process.
We adwise our customers on site in more than 50 countries worldwide and guarantees them a reliable supply of wear parts specifically produced for their respective operating conditions.
